Start your engines! Thomas the Tank Engine invites little engineers to team up with him for a day of family fun at Day Out with Thomas and Friends. Children everywhere can join Team Thomas when the #1 Engine pulls into The Delaware River Railroad Excursions August 28, 29 & 30.
This fun-filled event offers children and their families the opportunity to take a ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends™ series. In addition, they will meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities.
WHO: Thomas the Tank Engine
WHAT:
- A 25-minute (approximate) ride with Thomas the Tank Engine and hear Thomas greet his fans!
- Meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway
- Enjoy Ventriloquist Scott Wagstaff & His Zany Animals, our Dinosaur Days Velociraptor Show and the the Grand Master Band Wagon.
- There is so much to do you can spend the whole day! We will do our best to provide as much hands on entertainment as is possible considering CDC guidelines.
- The Mine - You can find some gemstones.
WHEN: August 28, 29 & 30th
TIME: 10 am to 5pm (he runs every hour on the top of the hour)

More Thomas' Day Out Details
- Adult & Child $21.00 , full site access all events included. Mine Train is extra. Children 2 and under are free.
- Thomas train ride is 25 Minutes, each child receives a Jr. Engineer Certificate
- Mine Train trip is 2.0 hours in duration, 30 minutes in each direction and one hour mining for gems at the mine. Additional fee.
Tickets for Day Out with Thomas are on sale now and available by visiting 877trainride.com . Ticket prices are $21 plus tax for ages 2 and up (service charges and fee may apply) for access to the event and the ride with Thomas. Other rides are available at additional fare.
