6 Ways To Get and Keep Your Kids Cool and Hydrated this Summer

By Angela Earley, Publisher July 9, 2020
Drinking water daily is so important, especially in the summer. But getting kids to understand that, can be somewhat challenging. I came up with a few ways to get my son to drink more water and I would love to share with you!

1. Use a water dispenser. It's like a fun game to him to fill up his cup and drink it.

2. Make it a game. See who can drink the most.

3. Use a silly straw or a character straw.

4. Add ice. I personally prefer ice cold water more than cold.

5. Add their favorite fruit. My son is obsessed with strawberries.

6. Who ever drinks the most in a day, gets a prize (can be from the Dollar Tree or Dollar General)
