2015 Mission Unstoppable!

By Submitted via press release January 16, 2015

As the New Year arrives some people resolve to meet particular goals while other just simply let the passage of time roll by without notice.

This year, don't just resolve to meet a goal...Instead create a Mission for the year.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it is to come up with one important thing that you will accomplish above all else. It is your purpose... the one thing that you will succeed at regardless of the difficulty, regardless of what others think, regardless of hurdles and obstacles. It is the one thing that you are committed to accomplish no matter how long it takes. Are you hearing theMission Impossible theme song yet?

  • Clearly Identify your mission -If you come up with more than one mission, prioritize your list. Work on your number one first. Our brain works best by focusing attention on one thing at a time.

  • Break it down into small manageable chunks. There is no way to eat an elephant whole.

  • Build your arsenal. A strong support team can help you stay committed and focused while maintaining accountability. Your team can include friends, family, mentors, co-workers, trainers, a coach, your mailman, your dog...Whatever It Takes.

  • Stay away from negative energy.   The naysayers do not and will not champion your mission. At times you can be your own naysayer, so be mindful of negativity and self-doubt.

  • Work it daily - Focus your intention and attention at least 30 minutes each day on your mission. There is no greater ROI (return on investment) than investing in your personal success.  You are totally worth the risk.

  • Acknowledge your successes along the way; no matter how small.   Give yourself respect for even considering your mission. Remember each new day presents an opportunity for a win.

  • Reassess your mission weekly - How is it going? Are there any slight tweaks that will bring you closer to your mission?  How can you enhance your strategy?

  • Have fun and enjoy the journey. If you do not enjoy the journey, it will seem like an impossible mission.

This message will self-destruct in 365 days. May you fulfill your mission(s) with great conviction, determination, purpose and success.

Cheer to Mission Unstoppable 2015!
