Hello My Macaroni Friends!

Hello Macaroni Families and Friends!

September 12, 2014

Hello friends!  Hope everyone is having a fabulous week!!!

What a crazy week it has been!!!  I am very thankful to be heading out of town this weekend to our camper for a much-needed getway with my husband and our kids!  This week marked my three babes' first full week of school and let me tell you...these kids have been wiped out!  First -- fourth grade homework - no joke!  Thank God my oldest son, as he says, 'has a big brain'...because I looked at the work and my eyes crossed!!!

I know that I have been pumping it, but keep your eyes open too for The Tulpehaking Nature Center!  The Center will be the main gateway to the Abbott Marshlands (formerly Hamilton, Trenton, Bordentown Marsh).   The urban oasis is located on the western edge of Central NJ and bordered by the Delaware River.  The Center, apart of the Mercer County Park Commission, will provide programs, exhibits and more that encourage visitors to explore and discover the history, cultural and resources of the Marsh.  The Tulpehaking Nature Center is located at 157 Westcott Avenue, Hamilton, 08610.  I have been asked to post a link to a six-question survey on behalf of The Nature Center in order to help them determine interest in possible programs.  It will only take a few seconds of your time!!!!  Also, keep an eye out for calendar listings as to programs and events that will be held as well.  You can access the survey here:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KBN65K2.  Thanks!!!  This newest section of the Mercer County Park Commission is literally within walking distance to us.  I have done a bit a research and learned that this part of Hamilton is so rich with history....I am going to write something about it so you too can explore and see for yourself!!!

Peace, love....cannot wait to be fireside this weekend...and Macaroni!
