Let Children Play!!!

How many of you reading this were literally FORCED out of your house as children to play for 2-3 hours at a time to do whatever?  My guess would be MOST of you.  My mother used to actually add the charming phrase, “I don’t care if you throw rocks at each other!” to make her point- My brothers and I were going outside, and there would be no discussion about it.

Sunday, January 29 - Wassailing the Apple Trees

 Wassailing party with activities, as singing, dancing and playing of primitive instruments, toasts of hot cider and placing gifts of cider-soaked bread in the tree branches while chanting the lively words of praise and New Year Warm yourself next to our bonfire (marshmallow roasting included) or in our store. The WW-P South Community Problem Solvers invite you to CHALLENGE YOURSELF. Participate in activities designed to teach you to solve problems. Have fun with games, prizes and crafts and learn too!  After doing this program, the WWP-South Community Problem Solvers plan to initiate a Future Problem Solving Club in both Upper Elementary Schools. The Trenton NAACP will host a Black History Month movie viewing of "Our Friend Martin". The animated, kids oriented movie explores the life and times of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. All youth of all races, ages and any ethnicity who would like to come out and learn more of the civil rights leader is encouraged to come.
